What to include
Tell us which browser and device you use, what you were trying to do (open DOCX, edit XLSX, export PDF, and so on), and what went wrong. Do not attach confidential document contents unless you have already redacted sensitive text — we do not need your file bytes to troubleshoot most issues.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few business days. EditDocx is a free, ad-supported product without a phone helpdesk. For how-to answers, check the FAQ and blog guides first — many common questions are already covered.
Privacy and data requests
Document content is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to EditDocx servers. For questions about advertising cookies, analytics, or this site's privacy policy, email [email protected] and mention privacy in the subject line. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Product feedback
Feature ideas and compatibility reports are welcome. If a specific .docx or .xlsx layout fails, describe the symptom (missing table borders, formula error, and so on). The Compatibility Lab page explains how we track format coverage.
